The Juicy Team

Check out our team. We are dreamers, adventurers, and often creators.

Jefth Frograne

Jefth Frograne

CEO

6th Level Filament Warlock

The first Juicy Filaments spool was hand painted by Jefth during a summer monsoon while testing a solar powered 3D printer. With no light to run the printer Jefth started doodling on a spool of translucent PLA. From his tent with a panaramic view of Grendelluce Plateau on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon he let the watercolors fly. Of course the paint didn’t make it through the nozzle but the painting looks amazing while it unspooled and Juicy Filaments was born.

Filementologist

Proud Purdue Boilermaker

H.L.R. didn’t want to spend the best years of her life extruding molten plastics. Still doesn’t.

McKendrick Jeppson III

CFO/COO/DIO

Fantasy Island Extra

McKendrick enjoyed running JF more when it couldn’t turn a profit. He’s always loved helping startups get in the black then moving on. Even though the company lacked vision he decided to stick around and see what this little extruder could do.

Yevi Nels

Yevi Nels

Engineer

Reluctant Barista

Yevi worked her way through Tiburon State pushing espresso despite having a severe coffee bean allergy. Yevi’s invention of Positronic Reverse Helical filament winding was crucial in Juicy Filaments creation of unique custom spools.

Revel Nierroyed

Sales

Meat Wagon World Sales Captain 2007-2012

Revel started selling meat door-to-door and quickly climbed to the top of the pyramid and retired a multimillionaire after just five years of slinging slabs. He came out of retirement to sell Juicy Filaments, a product he knew could sell itself, but he decided to do it as a lark.

Human Resources

Master Forager / Truffle Hunter

Lark really just wants everyone at Juicy Filaments to have a good time and stay out of each others space. Oh, and remember this Saturday we’re meeting at Kentler Park at 5 a.m. for a fun little mushroom hunt!
